We can recommend legal representation from our panel of Solicitors so you can recover injury and lost earnings compensation. This service will cost you nothing as our panel of Solicitors will act for you on a ‘no win no fee’ basis and upon successful conclusion of your claim they will recover your legal fees from the responsible party’s insurers. They can also arrange legal expense insurance where necessary.

Replacement Vehicles

We can dispatch a replacement vehicle to you immediately whilst trying to match your existing vehicle as closely as possible. We'll take over the management of the accident, liaising with both parties' insurance companies, providing the accident victim with a like-for-like licensed/plated private-hire vehicle and organising any vehicle repairs.

Repair or Write Off

If your car is repairable you can either choose the garage that repairs your vehicle or use our network of approved body shops. While waiting for completion of your claim your recovered vehicle will be placed in storage.

If your vehicle is written off by the engineers, we will keep your vehicle in storage until your Pre-Accident Value cheque arrives. You can then decide if you want to keep your vehicle or if required we will arrange for the salvage to be disposed of.
